1.Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered anywhere within Australia, with no minimum purchase required.

2.Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?

3.Do you ship internationally?
No. Currently, we only deliver orders within Australia.
4.Can I cancel my order after placing it?

5.How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia are as follows:
Order processing: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
Delivery transit: 6–10 business days (Monday to Friday)
Estimated total delivery time: 7–13 business days

6.How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor the status of your delivery at any time through our Track My Order page.
7.What is your return policy?

8.What if I receive a faulty or damaged item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you with the return process and cover the cost of return shipping. 9.When will I receive my refund?
After your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
