Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the following business day, which may add an additional day to the overall delivery timeframe.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
So Vibrant is not responsible for orders that are returned or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@sovibrant.co or by submitting a request through our Contact page.

Please note that order cancellations cannot always be guaranteed. In most cases, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may still request a return within 30 days of receiving the item, in accordance with our Refunds and Returns Policy.
